Shipping & Returns


Shipping Zones:

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada via FedEx. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Returns Policy:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be assigned to any returned items prior to returning merchandise to anaxdent North America. To obtain an RMA number, please call 877.897.6598. See below for details regarding anaxdent North America's policies regarding returns and exchanges.

Return Options:


You may return new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery...

1) For Exchange: (credit will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned product)

2) For Store Credit (credit will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned product)

3) For a full refund of the product price minus a 15% restocking fee. 

You may return new, unopened items in their original packaging within 31 days - 120 days of delivery for a store credit. Credit amount will be equal to the value originally paid for returned items minus a 30% restocking fee. 

 

Concessions For Errors or Product Defects:

If the return or exchange is necessary due to our mistake: We'll wave the restocking fee and pay the return and/or re-shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is necessary due to a product defect: We accept returns of opened, used products if, upon investigation of the issue, it is determined that the product is faulty or defective. Such returns will be replaced with material free from defect, or your may chose to exchange the product for a different item, retain a store credit or receive a refund in the amount of the full product price. 

Timeframe for Return Completion:

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Refunds are provided in the form of the payment method received. Credit card refunds must be applied to the same card charged for the original purchase.
